Colima Cultural Tour

Departing at 7am, you'll be driven two hours to visit La Hacienda de Nogueras; an elegantly restored hacienda hidden in the countryside of Colima which links the region's rich pre-Hispanic past with colonial and modern history. Next you have the chance to stroll beautiful downtown Colima, visiting its lush parks and gardens. Ample time is given to wonder here on your own. In the afternoon, you'll go up to the active Colima Volcano, and given an explanation of the vegetation and local agriculture in the area. Descending the volcano, the tour heads to the nearby magical pueblo of Comala, where you'll find local art and delicious coffee. There you'll eat a late lunch at the famous Maharachi, where free food is served with your drinks. The tour arrives back at Barra at 7pm, and costs approximately 450 pesos per person.
