Rates 2008

Low Season Rates do not include breakfast

*** Standard Rate applies to these dates if there is a minima one week stay. 

*Maximum four adults.  Up to two small children may be accommodated on a twin mattress.  Includes Breakfast for four persons, additional breakfasts are $7.50 for adult, $5 for children. 

**Prices are quoted in US dollars per bungalow per night.  Guests staying a minimum of one week will receive 50% off the seventh night.  Payment in Mexican Pesos will be converted at the exchange rate at the time payment is received.  Prices do not include 17% government and service tax 

Prices include breakfast during the high season.  Cabañas have furnished lower living level with sofa bed; loft with king size bed (or the option of two single beds), fantastic ocean views, bathroom with plentiful hot water, fan, porch and a hammock.  Rooms are equipped with power outlets, and wireless Internet access is available.  (Please remember to turn off all lights and fans when not in use, and to unplug your electronic devices after charging). Want to have CocoCabañas all to yourself?  Imagine you and up to 20 other people with your own village of cabañas on a quiet out of the way beach, a large palapa bar with kitchen and pool right smack on the ocean!  CocoCabañas is an excellent idea for your big get away, family vacation, business retreat or workshop/training/class.  Please email or call with your group size and details for a price estimate.  Rates vary depending on the size of the group, season, and services desired.  (Groups with specific ecological or educational purposes may be eligible for special rates.  Let us know about it!)

Confirmation, Cancellation and Payment Policy

• Due to the fact that the CocoCabañas is an intimate, low volume, personalized service oriented destination, we kindly request a minimum deposit of 50% upon confirmation of booking, with full payment due 7 days prior to arrival; or immediately if the arrival date is less than 7 days from the booking date.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival get a 100% refund of the total amount paid minus a $20 processing fee.  Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the full reservation amount (i.e. the deposit will be kept).
• We reserve the right to not refund late cancellations (Less than 7 days prior to arrival).
• We reserve the right not to give a refund if a guests decides to leave before the end of their reserved stay
• No-shows will not be refunded. Refunds may not be given for reservations during the holiday periods.
